About Winter and Waves

Inspired by my husky, Atom, Winter and Waves Wellness, LLC was founded in 2024. Throughout his life, Atom has offered unwavering support and taught endless life lessons to both myself and others. The practice name comes from his love and appreciation for both the snow and cold of winter and the waves of the beach.

Therapeutic Specialties and Approaches

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW-C) offering virtual therapy services for clients in Maryland and Florida. My specialties include athlete mental health concerns, life stressors and life transitions, anxiety and depression, disordered eating and body image concerns, ADHD, grief and loss, and trauma.

I also have an extensive background working in the veterinary field and support veterinary professionals struggling with burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma.
